Rules for buying and selling goods in the ALIFOOD online store
1. Definitions

1.3. The Rules for the Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are governed by the Buyer 's and
Seller's rights, obligations, prices of goods, payment procedure, terms, delivery,
product quality guarantee, return and exchange of goods, responsibilities.
2. General provisions
2.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) shall be approved by the Buyer

7. Seller's Rights

10. Delivery of goods

10.2. Delivery of goods to the Buyer:
10.2.1. The buyer, having chosen the delivery service at the time of ordering, undertakes

10.2.5. Delivery (transportation) of goods in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania is
paid. The amount of delivery depends on the weight of the goods.
10.2.6. Delivery (transportation) of goods to the Curonian Spit may take longer
than specified. About delivery of goods to the Curonian Spit Seller Buyer
informs when confirming the order.
10.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the descriptions of the goods
specified deadlines. These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller does not have the required ones in stock
goods, and the Buyer is informed about the lack of goods ordered by him. At the same time, the Buyer agrees
that, in exceptional cases, the delivery of the goods may be delayed due to Force Majeure circumstances.
10.4. Pick-up of goods at the Seller's pick-up points:
10.4.1. The Buyer may collect the goods free of charge from the Seller's collection point
(City of Ogmia, Verkių St. 29, Family Square 2, Vilnius).
10.4.2. The ordered goods must be picked up no later than within 3 (three) working days,

moment of receipt. If the Buyer does not collect the goods on time, the Seller reserves the right

10.4.3. Goods can only be picked up by the person who placed the order or the person specified

10.7. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods in one shipment, the Seller has the right to deliver

11. Product quality guarantee and usability

12. Return and exchange of goods
12.1. The Buyer may exercise the right to return and exchange the goods within 7 (seven)

14. Exchange of information

15. Final provisions
