Ingredients: fine bulgur grains (wheat), spicy peel
red pepper, isot seasoning (pepper flakes), sumac seasoning,
salt, onion powder, cumin, garlic powder, parsley, black pepper.
MAY CONTAIN TRACES OF MILK, ALMONDS AND HAZELNUTS.
CONTAINS NO ADDITIVES DERIVED FROM PORK.
For preparation you will need: 300g. Minced meat, 150ml. warm water, 2 spoons of paprika paste
(or tomatoes), 100 ml. Oil, 1 onion, 1 bunch of parsley, 3 onion leaves.
Preparation: Add paprika (or tomato) paste, chopped onion and
put the tomato into the bulgur and knead everything for 15 minutes.
In another bowl, add and mix the minced meat, Basak Cig Kofte
mixture and vegetable oil. Mix the meat and bulgur mixture and
continue kneading for 10 minutes. Add chopped parsley and onions
letters and knead for another 5 minutes. Before serving the whole mass
put it in one ball and press the shapes in your hands when you tear it out.
Best served with pomegranate sauce or lemon.
