Ingredients: wheat flour, water, corn starch,

sunflower oil, salt, preservative: E202, E282.

Method of preparation: you will need: 1 packet of kadayif, 250 g. dissolved

butter, 300 g. mozzarella cheese, 250 g. chopped pistachios, 50g. cream

For the syrup you will need: 300 ml of water, 600 g. sugar, 1 teaspoon

a teaspoon of lemon juice. Separate the contents of the package into smaller pieces by hand

pieces and twist with a mixer. Pour melted butter, twist

mixer and separate the whole mass into two parts. Then put one part in

baking form and press well. Then put the cut on top

in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25-30 minutes. until nicely browned. Boil
